# Analytics FAQ

> Common questions about the current BeatPass analytics and Backstage Insights experience.

  <Accordion title="Who can open Backstage Insights?">
    You need to be signed in and have access to the track, album, or artist profile you are trying to inspect. BeatPass does not expose every insight route to every listener.

  <Accordion title="Why do I see charts on one page but not another?">
    The chart set depends on the page type. Track insights include engagement modules that album and artist insights do not.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is my page empty or partially empty?">
    There may not be enough activity in the selected date range yet, or the content may be too new to populate every chart.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do analytics update instantly?">
    Not always. Very recent activity can take time to appear, and some views are cached. If something looks missing, refresh the page and check again later.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I export analytics from the current UI?">
    The standard producer-facing Backstage Insights pages do not currently show a built-in export button.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I compare multiple tracks side by side?">
    The current routed Backstage Insights experience is content-specific. Open each track, album, or artist page separately to compare them.
