BeatPass lets you change your paid plan from the **Billing** page. *** ## Subscription Actions Move to a higher tier with more features. Switch to a lower tier to reduce costs. Stop your subscription from renewing. Reactivate a cancelled subscription. *** ## Where to Manage Your Subscription All subscription changes are made in one place: 1. Click your **profile avatar** in the top navigation bar 2. Select **Billing** from the menu 3. In the **Current plan** section, choose the action you want to take: * **Change plan** — To upgrade or downgrade * **Cancel plan** — To cancel your subscription * **Renew plan** — To undo a cancellation before access ends *** ## How Plan Changes Work | Action | What BeatPass Does | | ------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Upgrade to a higher-priced plan** | Can be applied immediately or scheduled for renewal, depending on the confirmation page and payment method state | | **Downgrade to a lower-priced plan** | Scheduled for your renewal date | | **Cancel plan** | Stops future renewal but keeps access until the current paid period ends | | **Renew plan** | Removes the cancellation before the end date | Current paid plans are billed monthly. *** ## Pending Changes If you schedule a future plan change, Billing shows **Scheduled Plan Change** with a **Cancel scheduled change** button.
