# Logging In

> How to log in to BeatPass with email and password, Google, or two-factor authentication.

Once you have a BeatPass account, you can sign in with your email and password or with Google.

## Standard Login

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to the login page">
    Click **Login** in the top navigation bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your credentials">
    Provide the email address and password for your BeatPass account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose whether to stay signed in">
    Enable **Stay signed in for a month** on trusted devices.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Sign in">
    Click **Sign in** to continue.
  </Step>

## Google Login

If your account is connected to Google, click **Continue with google** on the login page to sign in with your Google account.

## Two-Factor Authentication

If 2FA is enabled on your account, BeatPass will ask for your authenticator code after you enter your password. You can manage 2FA from your account settings.

## Troubleshooting

    Click **Forgot password?** on the login page to request a password reset email.

  <Accordion title="My password is not working">
    Confirm you are using the right email address, check for typos, and make sure Caps Lock is off. If needed, request a reset link.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I signed up with Google">
    Use **Continue with google** and sign in with the same Google account you connected to BeatPass.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I see an email-verification screen">
    BeatPass requires email confirmation. Open the verification email or use **Resend email** on the verification page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I keep getting logged out">
    Enable **Stay signed in for a month** on trusted devices and make sure your browser is not clearing cookies automatically.
  </Accordion>

  Keep your account secure by using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication.
