## Governance Practices

BeatPass maintains privacy practices for:

* role-based access to personal information
* service-provider restrictions
* access, correction, deletion, complaint, and incident-response requests
* privacy-impact review for material new uses or transfers where required
* retention and deletion practices
* privacy risks connected to AI disclosures, Proof of Rights, licenses, messages, payments, and moderation

## Cross-Border Processing

BeatPass and its providers may process information outside Quebec or outside your country, including in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where providers operate. BeatPass uses safeguards where required or appropriate.

## Confidentiality Incidents

BeatPass maintains processes to assess and respond to confidentiality incidents. Where required, BeatPass will assess serious-harm risk, notify affected people, notify regulators, and maintain an incident register.
