This page summarizes the Subscription and Plan Terms for BeatPass plans and paid subscriptions. ## Plans and Checkout BeatPass may offer free and paid plans with different features, prices, download access, request tokens, support levels, producer tools, or limits. Before payment, checkout shows the plan price, platform fee, applicable taxes where available, currency, renewal terms, and total checkout amount. ## Renewals and Payment Failure Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, unless checkout says otherwise. If payment fails, BeatPass may retry payment, provide a grace period, limit features, suspend access, or cancel the subscription. ## Cancellation Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Users usually keep paid-plan access until the end of the current paid period. Licenses validly issued for beats downloaded during an active paid subscription remain subject to the applicable license terms after cancellation. ## Tokens and Downloads Request tokens and plan allowances are plan features, not cash balances. They may expire, reset, be consumed, or be limited according to the plan and Service rules. Standard subscription downloads issue non-exclusive licenses.
