# Playing Music

> Use the BeatPass player across desktop and mobile, control playback, manage the queue, open lyrics, and jump into track pages.

BeatPass uses a persistent player, so playback can continue while you move between channels, search results, producer pages, collections, playlists, and library pages in the same session.

<Info>
  The player surface changes by device. Desktop uses a bottom player bar with a right-side queue panel, while mobile uses a compact mini player that expands into a full-screen overlay.
