# Producer Dashboard

> Use the Producer Dashboard to manage your catalog, activity, earnings, rankings, and XP.

The Producer Dashboard is your central workspace for managing your catalog, monitoring performance, tracking earnings, and viewing your progress on BeatPass.

  This feature is available to accounts with producer privileges. [Learn about the Producer Program](/help/producer-program).

## Open the Dashboard

Click your **profile avatar** in the top navigation bar, then select **Backstage**. Use the sidebar to navigate between dashboard pages.

  If your account does not have a linked artist profile, the dashboard shows a "No Artist Profile" state instead of redirecting. Complete your [Producer Program application](/help/producer-program) first.

## Dashboard Pages

    Track catalog, growth status, collaboration insights, and recommendations.

    Album stats, filters, and quick links to edit or view insights.

    Payout setup status, balances, and transaction history.

## How the Dashboard Works

  <Accordion title="Artist context" icon="user" defaultOpen>
    Most pages load data for your linked artist profile. The **Finances** page can also show an artist switcher when your account manages more than one artist.

  <Accordion title="Overview first, editing second" icon="table-columns">
    The dashboard is designed for quick stats and navigation. Uploading, editing tracks, and full insights live in the backstage editing tools.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Empty states" icon="circle-info">
    If you do not have uploads, downloads, albums, achievements, or payout setup yet, you will see empty or setup states instead of placeholder data.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Refresh and cache behavior" icon="arrows-rotate">
    Each page refreshes differently. **Progress** has a manual **Refresh** button. **Leaderboards** keep previous results visible while loading new categories. **Finances** can show cache timestamps or stale-cache warnings.
