# Get Verified

> Get a verified badge on your BeatPass producer profile through the BeatPass Discord community.

The **Get Verified** option is for producers who already have a BeatPass producer profile and want the verified badge. This is not a submission form — it directs you to the Discord community where BeatPass staff manually verify producers.

## Who Should Use This

Choose this path if:

* You already have a BeatPass producer profile
* You want the blue verified badge
* You are ready to join and participate in the Discord community

If you don't have a producer profile yet, use [Become a Producer](/help/producer-program/application-types/become-producer) or [Claim Existing Artist](/help/producer-program/application-types/claim-existing-artist) first.

## What Verification Gives You

## How Verification Works

### In BeatPass

    Click **Apply to Join** on the Producer Program page.

    On the request selector, choose **Get Verified**.

  <Step title="View the verification screen">
    The screen shows **Verify Through Discord** with a **Join Discord Community** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Join Discord">
    Click **Join Discord Community** to proceed to the BeatPass Discord server.
  </Step>

  There is no submission form on the verification screen. The **Get Verified** flow is purely a handoff to Discord.

### In Discord

    Use the invite link provided on the verification screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Match your name">
    Use a Discord name that matches your BeatPass producer profile name — this helps staff identify you faster.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Participate">
    Be active in the Discord server so staff can identify you as a BeatPass producer.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive your role and badge">
    Staff grant you a BeatPass producer Discord role, then manually mark your BeatPass profile as verified. The blue badge appears after this process.

## Timeline

Most verifications complete within **1–3 business days**. Using the same name on Discord as your BeatPass producer profile speeds things up.
