# Producer Program

> Learn how to join the BeatPass Producer Program, upload beats, and start earning from your music.

The BeatPass Producer Program gives approved producers access to upload tools, licensing controls, catalog management, and producer earnings. Whether you're starting from scratch or claiming a profile that already exists, this guide covers the application flow.

## Why Join?

## How It Works

<Steps>
  <Step title="Visit the Producer Program page">
    Click **Apply to Join** (if logged in) or **Apply Now** (if not logged in) on the Producer Program page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your request type">
    On the selector page, choose **Become a Producer** (new profile), **Claim Existing Artist** (existing profile), or **Get Verified** (if you already have producer access).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit your request">
    Provide your real name, a public link to your beats, and any supporting materials. For verification, you are directed to Discord instead of a form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Get approved and start uploading">
    Once approved, access your Producer Dashboard to upload beats, manage your catalog, configure licensing, and connect payouts.

## Application Paths

The request selector shows different options based on your account state:

    Create a new producer profile. Shows when you don't have a producer profile yet.

    Claim a producer profile that already exists on BeatPass. Available to all users.

    Get the verified badge through Discord. Shows only if you already have producer access.

<Note>
  The request selector adjusts automatically: users without producer profiles see **Become a Producer** as the primary option, while existing producers see **Get Verified** instead.

## What You'll Need

Before applying, make sure you have:

* A BeatPass account
* A public link to your beats
* Your real first and last name
* Rights to the music you plan to upload
* Confirmation that your beats are human-made and not fully AI-generated
* Proof of Rights for samples, AI-assisted elements, vocals, artwork, and other source material if requested

## Submission Rules

* You can only have one request under review at a time
* If your current request is **Pending**, new submissions are blocked until a decision is made
* If your previous producer access was **Revoked**, you must appeal through contact support
