# Profiles

> Learn about the different types of profiles on BeatPass and how to make the most of them.

# Your Profile on BeatPass

BeatPass has two profile types:

* A **user profile** for every account
* A **producer profile** for approved producers with a public artist page

## Profile Types

## Which Profile Do I Have?

Every BeatPass account gets a **user profile** automatically. Your user profile lets you:

* Follow your favourite producers
* Like and save beats
* Create and share playlists
* Message other users
* See who follows you

If you want a **producer profile**, apply through the Producer Program. That gives you access to upload tracks, manage a public artist page, and use producer-only tools like analytics and finances.
