* Replace audio files later if the beat has not sold exclusively

<Info>
  BeatPass only accepts **WAV** audio files. MP3, FLAC, and other formats are not allowed.

</Tip>

## AI Use Requirement

BeatPass is for human-made beats. Fully AI-generated beats are not permitted, and AI samples or generated elements must be commercially licensable through BeatPass.

Choose **Human-made** or **AI-assisted** in **Protection & Verification**. For AI-assisted audio, enter the tool or service, explain how it affected the final audio, and confirm commercial rights. Keep source notes, tool terms, plan records, receipts, project files, stems, and other Proof of Rights.

## After Uploading

Once a beat is saved:

* It appears on your producer profile and in BeatPass search results
* It participates in licensing based on the model you selected
* You can return later to edit metadata, cover art, licensing, or replace the audio file until an exclusive certificate is issued
* Fingerprint data and financial activity update over time

After an exclusive sale, only cover art remains editable. The audio and purchased licensing terms stay locked to protect the buyer's certificate.
