How It Works

Set up payouts
Open Backstage and go to Finances, then click Set up BEATPAY. Choose your payout currency and add your bank details once. Producers with an existing Stripe Connect account keep receiving payouts through Stripe until their BEATPAY setup is active.

Upload and price your music
Add tracks to your catalog and configure sales or exclusivity where appropriate.

Earn from activity and sales
Track sales generate direct revenue. Subscription payouts are calculated from contribution value and platform participation.

Track payout status
BeatPass records statuses like Queued, Sending, Paid, Failed, and Excluded so you can see where money is in the process.

Receive payouts through the active route
Once funds are eligible to move, BeatPass sends each earnings stream through the route shown for it in Finances.
