BeatPass records each earning first, then sends eligible money through the route shown in Finances. Exclusive sales and subscription payouts can use different routes on the same producer account.

The Two Main Earning Paths

Track Sales

Direct purchases appear in your earnings history as Sale completed, Payout queued, Sending, Paid, Held, Failed, or Refunded, depending on the active route and payout state.

Subscription Payouts

Subscription revenue moves through BeatPass split statuses before it is sent through the active payout route.

Track-Sale Payout Statuses

Subscription Payout Statuses

BeatPass can show these statuses in Transactions:
On subscription payouts, Paid means the BeatPass-side payout step completed. Final bank arrival can still depend on Stripe, Wise, the payout destination, and bank processing times.

What Account Overview Means

Your Account Overview cards help you understand where money is. With BEATPAY bank payouts: With a legacy Stripe Connect account:

What Can Change the Timeline

The exact arrival time is not fixed by BeatPass alone. Delays or differences can come from:
  • Incomplete BEATPAY or Stripe Connect setup
  • Subscription splits that remain Queued until they can move
  • Provider verification or account review requirements
  • Bank processing times
  • Currency handling on multi-currency accounts
BeatPass does not publish a guaranteed per-country payout speed in help docs because the final timing depends on the active payout route and payout destination you use.

What to Do If Something Looks Stuck

  1. Open BackstageFinances
  2. Check whether the issue is Payout queued, Queued, Held, Failed, or Excluded
  3. Make sure the payout setup shown in Finances is active
  4. Give the provider or your bank time to finish the transfer if the money is already In Transit
