Key Legal Points
For Everyone
- BeatPass is operated by Alliance Productions Records Inc., doing business as BeatPass
- By using BeatPass, you agree to the Terms of Service
- Your privacy matters — BeatPass does not sell your personal information
- You must be at least 18 years old to use BeatPass
For Subscribers
- When you download a beat, you receive a non-exclusive license to use it
- Your license is perpetual — it doesn’t expire, even if you cancel your subscription
- You must credit the producer in your releases
- You can use beats in one project per download
- You may not use BeatPass beats, stems, previews, or platform content for AI training, datasets, model development, sample packs, or competing libraries
For Producers
- You keep ownership of all beats you upload
- You authorize BeatPass to operate the platform, issue licenses, generate certificates, verify rights, and distribute your beats under BeatPass terms
- Your beats remain yours even after consumers download them
- Your beats must be human-made, not fully AI-generated
- Any AI samples or AI-generated elements must be commercially licensable through BeatPass and backed by proof if requested
AI Audio and Human-Made Content
BeatPass is for real producers and human-made work. AI may support your process, but it cannot replace your role as the producer.- Fully AI-generated beats are not permitted.
- AI samples are allowed only when the final beat remains primarily human-made and the AI output is commercially licensable through BeatPass.
- Producers must be ready to explain how AI was used, to what extent, and what rights they hold.
- If the source or rights cannot be verified, the beat should not be uploaded or kept in a catalog.
