  • BeatPass is operated by Alliance Productions Records Inc., doing business as BeatPass
  • By using BeatPass, you agree to the Terms of Service
  • Your privacy matters — BeatPass does not sell your personal information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use BeatPass

For Subscribers

  • When you download a beat, you receive a non-exclusive license to use it
  • Your license is perpetual — it doesn’t expire, even if you cancel your subscription
  • You must credit the producer in your releases
  • You can use beats in one project per download
  • You may not use BeatPass beats, stems, previews, or platform content for AI training, datasets, model development, sample packs, or competing libraries

For Producers

  • You keep ownership of all beats you upload
  • You authorize BeatPass to operate the platform, issue licenses, generate certificates, verify rights, and distribute your beats under BeatPass terms
  • Your beats remain yours even after consumers download them
  • Your beats must be human-made, not fully AI-generated
  • Any AI samples or AI-generated elements must be commercially licensable through BeatPass and backed by proof if requested

AI Audio and Human-Made Content

BeatPass is for real producers and human-made work. AI may support your process, but it cannot replace your role as the producer.
  • Fully AI-generated beats are not permitted.
  • AI samples are allowed only when the final beat remains primarily human-made and the AI output is commercially licensable through BeatPass.
  • Producers must be ready to explain how AI was used, to what extent, and what rights they hold.
  • If the source or rights cannot be verified, the beat should not be uploaded or kept in a catalog.
See AI Audio and Human-Made Content for the full help guide. BeatPass respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission:
