The Licenses page is the central place to review BeatPass license records tied to your account.

How to Get Here

Open Your libraryLicenses. The page title is Your licenses with the subtitle View and manage all your track licenses.

What You Can Do

  • Search by track, artist, licensee, or license ID
  • Download a printable certificate for any license you received
  • Verify License to open the public verification page in a new tab
  • Review licenses granted to other users if you own tracks on BeatPass

What Appears on Each License Card

Each card shows:
  • Track name (linked to the track page) and credited artists
  • License type badge — non-exclusive (green) or exclusive (blue)
  • Issued date
  • Status badge (Active, Revoked, or Warned)
  • License UUID

Your Licenses vs Granted Licenses

Your own licenses

When you download a track as a non-owner, BeatPass automatically generates a license and it appears here.
If you are a track owner, this page also shows licenses issued to other users for your catalog. Granted licenses are identified by the licensee name.

Empty State

If you have no licenses yet, the page shows:
No licenses yet — When you download tracks, licenses will automatically be generated and appear here for easy access.

Important Notes

  • The Download action on a license card opens the printable certificate page — it does not re-download the audio file.
  • License records reflect the terms at the time of issuance. Each certificate includes BeatPassID fingerprinting data for authenticity verification.
  • The library label in the sidebar is Licenses (not “My Licenses”).
