Review payout setup, balances, BEATPAY and Stripe readiness, and payment activity inside the Producer Dashboard.

The Finances page is the earnings view inside the Producer Dashboard. It shows BEATPAY bank payout setup when your account is not payout-ready yet, or the reporting dashboard for the current artist.

This feature is available to accounts with producer privileges. Learn about the Producer Program.

How to Get Here

Click your profile avatar → Backstage, then select Finances in the sidebar.

Two Page States

Setup Required

Onboarding when no payout route is ready for the selected producer profile.

Active

Payout status, balances, artist switching, cache timestamps, and transaction history after at least one earnings stream is ready.

Setup Required

When setup is incomplete, BeatPass shows Set up BEATPAY for bank payouts powered by Wise.

You need an active payout setup before BeatPass can send producer earnings. Click Set up BEATPAY in Finances, choose your payout currency, and add your bank details once. If you connected a Stripe account in the past, it keeps paying out until your BEATPAY setup is active. Review payout eligibility

What Onboarding Covers

1. Start BEATPAY setup

   Click Set up BEATPAY.

2. Complete the requested details

   Choose your payout currency, then enter the bank details requested for that currency. The form adapts to the currency you pick.

3. Return to BeatPass

   Once the selected payout setup is ready, the page switches to the active dashboard.

Revenue Streams Highlighted During Setup

• Monthly Payouts - subscription revenue distribution
• Exclusive Sales - exclusive beat licensing
• Track Purchases - individual beat purchases

Active Dashboard

Once at least one payout stream is ready, the page shows the reporting dashboard for the selected artist. The dashboard can show exclusive-sale readiness separately from subscription licensing readiness.

Header and Artist Switcher

The top of the page can show:

• The selected artist with an Active or Setup Required badge
• The current subscription payout share when available
• An artist selector when your account manages multiple artists
• Cache timing information when the finance response includes it

Account Overview

With BEATPAY bank payouts:

Card	What it means
Lifetime	Total received to date
Queued	Earnings waiting for the next payout run
Sending	Money on the way to your bank
Bank Account	The bank account and currency payouts are sent to

With a legacy Stripe Connect account:

Card	What it means
Balance	Funds currently available
Upcoming	Funds not yet available
In Transit	Funds already moving to payout
Lifetime	Lifetime earned volume

Notices You May See

• A cache timestamp showing when data was last refreshed
• A stale-cache warning when data may be outdated
• A multi-currency warning
• A transaction-truncation warning when only recent activity is shown
• A Live Exchange Rate section when BEATPAY rates are available

The lower section combines finance events into one list.

Filter Tabs

Sales	Beat sales and exclusive purchases
Subscriptions	Subscription payout distributions
Paid	Completed transactions only
Pending	Still-processing transactions
Failed	Transactions that did not complete

Status Labels

Status	Meaning
Sale completed	A direct sale completed through its established payout route
Payout queued	A BEATPAY sale is waiting for its producer payout
Paid	Completed successfully
Queued	Waiting in the payout pipeline
Sending	Transfer is being sent
Pending	Still processing
Held	Paused while a refund or dispute on that sale is resolved
Failed	Did not complete
Refunded	The sale was refunded
Excluded	Not included in the payout distribution

The page shows status and balance data but does not promise a fixed arrival time for payouts.

Every payout provider control

This dashboard is not a full replacement for Stripe Express, Wise, or other payout-provider account tools.

Perfectly fresh data on every load

BeatPass can reuse cached finance responses and explicitly labels them when it does.
