If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, you can create a new one using your email address.

How to Reset Your Password

Open the forgot password page

On the login page, click Forgot password? to open the password reset form.

Enter your email address

Type the email address associated with your BeatPass account.

Click Send reset link

Click Send reset link. A password reset email will be sent to your address.

Check your email

Look for an email from BeatPass about resetting your password. Click the link in the email.

Create your new password

On the password reset page:
  • Enter your New password
  • Enter Confirm password
Click Reset password to save your new password.

Log in with your new password

Return to the login page and sign in with your email and new password.

Troubleshooting

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed
  • Try requesting a new reset link
Try any email addresses you commonly use. Each attempt will only send a reset link if the address matches an existing account.
This usually means the reset link has expired or has already been used. Request a fresh reset link and use it right away.
Never share your password reset links with anyone. BeatPass will never ask for your password or reset links.
