BeatPass only shows insights for content you are allowed to manage or inspect — tracks, albums, or artist profiles you own or are credited on.

New releases or low-activity releases can show very little data until listeners have interacted with them.
Open Your First Insights Page
- Go to Backstage and find the track, album, or artist you want to inspect.
- Open the Insights action for that item.
- Confirm the page header matches what you opened: Track Insights, Album Insights, or Artist Insights.
- The default date range is This year. Adjust it with the floating date-range selector if needed.
Learn The Layout
Header
Shows the content title and high-level stats for the current track, album, or artist.
Date range selector
Lets you switch the reporting window for the current page.
Charts
The chart set changes depending on whether you are viewing a track, album, or artist.
Empty states
If there is not enough data yet, BeatPass shows a no-data message instead of forcing a chart.
Important Expectations
- Track Insights is the only page with the full engagement section (Engagement Overview, Listen Duration, Completion Breakdown).
- Album and artist insight pages focus on rolled-up listening and audience breakdowns.
- The standard UI does not currently show a built-in export button.
- Very recent activity can take time to appear, especially if the page is still serving cached results.
