This guide is for approved producers who need the fastest path to your dashboard, payouts, uploads, and profile.
This feature is available to accounts with producer privileges. Learn about the Producer Program.

Open the Producer Dashboard

Click your profile avatar in the top navigation bar, then select Backstage. The dashboard is your central hub for managing everything as a producer. Here’s what you’ll find in the sidebar:

Connect Payouts

Before you can receive earnings, complete the payout setup shown on your Finances page.
1

Open Finances

In the Producer Dashboard sidebar, click Finances.
2

Start the setup

Click Set up BEATPAY to begin bank payout setup.
3

Complete payout setup

Choose your payout currency, then enter the bank details requested for that currency. The form adapts to your currency, and some banks ask for one extra detail (for example, a branch) after you pick them.
You need an active payout setup before BeatPass can send producer earnings. Click Set up BEATPAY in Finances, choose your payout currency, and add your bank details once. If you connected a Stripe account in the past, it keeps paying out until your BEATPAY setup is active. Review payout eligibility

Upload Your First Beat

1

Go to the upload page

Click Upload beats in the top navigation bar, or navigate directly to the upload page from the backstage area.
2

Choose your audio file

Drag and drop your file or click Choose Files to Upload. BeatPass accepts WAV audio for producer track uploads.
MP3, FLAC, and other audio formats are not accepted in the current track upload flow.
3

Fill in track details

Complete the required fields:
  • Track Name
  • Key and Scale
  • BPM (between 50 and 200)
Add cover art and choose at least one genre. You can also add a description, tags, and assign the track to a collection.
4

Complete protection and licensing

Choose a Sample-Safe status and an AI use declaration, then wait for the fingerprint check to finish. Under Licensing Options, choose one of the models available for every credited producer. Some accounts can publish Exclusive Only before standard subscription licensing becomes available.
5

Save your track

Review the completion count on each section, then click Save Track. BeatPass locks the form while the track is publishing.
To upload multiple tracks as a collection, enable the Create Collection toggle before selecting your files.

Edit Your Producer Profile

Your public producer profile is managed separately from the dashboard.
1

Open the edit page

From the backstage area, go to your artist profile edit page.
2

Update your information

Use the tabs to manage different sections of your profile:
  • Details — Your producer name and genres
  • Links — Social media and website links
  • Biography — Country, city, and a description of your style
  • Images — Profile photos and gallery images
  • Credits — Professional credits and collaborations
3

Save your changes

Click Save Artist to publish your updates.

Monitor Your Performance

Once your tracks are live, use these sections in the Producer Dashboard to track your growth:
  • Activity — View play counts, downloads, and engagement analytics
  • Progress — Track your XP, level up, and unlock achievements
  • Leaderboards — See how you rank among other producers
  • Finances — Monitor your earnings, payout status, and transaction history
