Your Producer Pro Page

Learn how to unlock, prepare, share, and measure your focused BeatPass storefront for social media visitors.

A Pro Page is a focused, shareable storefront for people coming from your bio, campaign posts, or direct messages. It brings your sound, credits, playback, and available buying options into one link without the rest of the marketplace around it.

This feature is available to accounts with producer privileges. Learn about the Producer Program.

The Pro Page section appears near the top of your Producer Dashboard and guides you from unlock requirements to sharing and results.

Pro Page vs Producer Profile

Your Pro Page adds a campaign-ready route to your work. It does not replace your producer profile.

Find Your Pro Page Status

1. Open Backstage

   Click your profile avatar, then select Backstage.

2. Open Dashboard

   The Producer Dashboard opens on Dashboard. The Pro Page section appears above Quick Navigation.

3. Follow the checklist

   The card shows what is complete, what still needs attention, and the direct action for each remaining step.

Unlock Checklist

Complete all three requirements to unlock a Pro Page and keep it ready to publish.

20 playable beats

Upload at least 20 beats that you own as the primary producer and that BeatPass can play.

Verified profile

Earn the blue verified badge so visitors can confirm that the page belongs to the right producer.

Active BEATPAY

Complete BEATPAY bank setup so BeatPass can route eligible earnings from your storefront.

What Counts Toward 20 Beats

A beat counts when:

• You are listed as its primary producer
• Its audio is saved and playable on BeatPass

A sold beat or a beat with no current buying option can still count. A collaboration does not count toward your total when another producer is the primary owner. These rules affect the unlock counter only; they do not change which licensing or buying actions are available to visitors.

Use the number in Your unlock checklist as the source of truth for your current artist. The progress bar updates from your saved catalog.

When Your Page Is Ready

When BeatPass finishes granting access, the dashboard card shows your shareable Pro Page link and these actions:

• Open page — review the public experience
• Copy link — copy the canonical link for your bio or campaign
• Share — open the device share menu when supported
• View performance — open Pro Page Traffic inside Artist Insights

After every checklist item is complete, the card may briefly say that BeatPass is preparing your Pro Page. You do not need to change your catalog again while that state is shown.

Keep Your Page Live

Verification and active BEATPAY remain required after you unlock the page.

• If verification or BEATPAY becomes inactive, the public page is temporarily hidden
• The dashboard highlights the requirement that needs attention
• Complete that step and the existing page returns automatically
• Your entitlement and past Pro Page Traffic remain in place while the page is hidden

Falling below 20 playable beats after the page has unlocked does not hide it. The 20-beat target is an unlock milestone, not an ongoing publishing quota.

Make the Page Work for Your Campaign

Your Pro Page draws from your existing artist and catalog information. Before sharing it:

• Use a clear profile image, cover image, short bio, location, and focused genres
• Add the social links you want visitors to follow
• Keep cover art, track metadata, collections, and buying options current
• Add professional credits and gallery images when they strengthen your story
• Pin the beat you most want to feature; BeatPass can use catalog ranking when no pinned beat is available
• Test playback and every available action on both phone and desktop

Give each campaign one clear reason to click. Pair your Pro Page link with a specific beat, collection, credit, or creative direction instead of asking people to browse without context.

Understand Pro Page Traffic

Open View performance or use Insights in the desktop top navigation bar. The Pro Page Traffic section keeps the main outcomes together:

Engaged visits	Visitors who stayed active after opening your link
30-second listens	Plays that reached at least 30 seconds
Licenses completed	Licensed downloads completed from the Pro Page journey
Exclusive sales	Exclusive purchases completed from the Pro Page journey

You can also review where measured visitors came from, which share buttons they used, and exclusive earnings separated by currency. Use How these numbers are counted for the exact definitions available in the selected date range.

A new page can truthfully show no activity or only part of a date range. Regular marketplace plays remain in the other Artist Insights sections and are not added to Pro Page Traffic.
