Who Should Use This
Choose this path if:- You are new to BeatPass as a producer
- You do not see a BeatPass producer profile that should belong to you
- You want a fresh producer profile built around your current account
What You’ll Need

Step-by-Step Request
1. Start the Request
- Go to the Producer Program page
- Click Apply to Join (if logged in) or Apply Now (if not)
- Choose Become a Producer from the available options
If you already have a producer profile, you will see Get Verified as the primary option instead of Become a Producer.
2. Profile Setup
Enter your Producer Name. This is the public name BeatPass will use for your producer profile if approved.3. Personal Details
Fill in:- First name
- Last name
- Record label or company (optional)
4. Supporting Materials
Provide:- Link to your beats (required)
- Instagram handle (optional)
- Attachments (optional)
5. Join Community
The form includes a Discord community section. It is optional for this request type, but useful if you want producer community updates and later verification.6. Agreement
Check both boxes to confirm:- You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- You own all rights to the beats you will upload, authorize BeatPass to host and issue licenses for them under BeatPass terms, and commit to uploading at least 2 beats per month
7. Submit
Click Submit Application to send the request for review.What Happens Next
Review
BeatPass reviews the quality of your beats, the accuracy of your information, and whether the request appears legitimate. The submitted page shows an estimated review time of 1–3 business days, but timing can vary.Decision
You receive an email when a decision is made:- Approved — Your new producer profile is created and activated
- Denied — BeatPass explains why so you can improve and reapply
