Track Insights | Backstage Insights

See the current BeatPass track-insights layout, including engagement metrics and audience charts.

Track Insights is the most detailed analytics page BeatPass currently offers. It focuses on one track at a time and adds engagement reporting that does not appear on album or artist insight pages.

Opening Track Insights

Open the Insights action on any track you manage from Backstage. The page loads with the This year date range by default — adjust it with the floating date-range selector if needed.

What You See On This Page

Header summary

Identifies the track you are reviewing before you scroll into the charts.

Engagement Overview

A track-only summary of listener engagement quality.

Listen Duration

Average listening time and duration trends.

Completion Breakdown

A distribution view showing how much of the track listeners hear.

Audience charts

Plays Over Time, Top Devices, Top Platforms, Top Listeners, and Top Locations.

Date range control

Use the shared floating date selector to change the reporting window.

Engagement Is Track-Only

Only Track Insights includes:

• Engagement Overview
• Listen Duration
• Completion Breakdown

If you need that level of detail, open the specific track’s Insights page instead of the album or artist page.

Empty States You May See

No engagement data yet

BeatPass shows this when the track does not yet have enough engagement data to summarise.

Engagement tracking coming soon

Some tracks can show a placeholder state while the engagement layer is still being prepared.

Standard no-data chart states

Charts can remain empty if there has not been enough activity in the selected date range.
