This page explains the current exclusive checkout flow in BeatPass. It covers requirements, payment behavior, and what happens immediately after a successful purchase.
Exclusive purchases use secure card checkout. Supported purchase currencies are USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD.

Before you start

You need:
  • A signed-in BeatPass account
  • A track that is still eligible for exclusive purchase
  • A producer who has payment setup completed for that track
  • A supported payment card

Common reasons purchase is blocked

  • The track is already sold
  • The track is not configured for exclusive purchase
  • You already purchased it
  • You are trying to buy your own track
  • The producer does not have the required payment setup

Current purchase flow

1

Open the track page

Find a track with a Buy Exclusive button.
2

Review the price and terms

Open the purchase dialog and use View License Terms to read the exclusive terms for that track.
3

Check the price breakdown

BeatPass shows the producer price, either the platform fee or an active plan waiver, and the total amount in the selected currency.
4

Complete secure checkout

Enter your card details in the secure payment form and confirm the purchase.
5

Wait for success confirmation

On success, BeatPass generates the exclusive license, marks the track as sold, and shows the success flow.
6

Find the license later

Your exclusive license is stored in Your libraryLicenses.

What success looks like

After a successful payment:
  • The exclusive license is created
  • The track is marked as sold
  • BeatPass prepares the original uploaded WAV for download
  • The purchase is recorded in the selected currency
  • The certificate becomes available in LibraryLicenses

Pricing and currencies

BeatPass shows the total before you confirm payment. Pro’s waiver applies only to the exclusive purchase, not the Pro subscription charge. Do not assume every exclusive track uses the same price or currency.
The producer is responsible for separately delivering any stems or other files promised in the license terms. Review View License Terms before paying so you know which files are included.

What to expect if payment fails

Card was declined

No license is created and the track stays in its prior state. You can try again with a different card or after fixing the payment issue.
Exclusive sales are first-come, first-served. If another user completed the purchase first, the track becomes unavailable.
Check LibraryLicenses first. If it still does not appear, use the support path with the purchase details.

Refund and billing issues

If you have a charge problem after purchase, use the current BeatPass billing/support path rather than relying on old timing promises. Do not assume a fixed refund window unless the billing policy for your account says so. BeatPass may also review remedies if a beat is later restricted because of a verified rights issue, AI misrepresentation, Proof of Rights failure, or AI policy breach. Remedies can include support, credit, refund review, certificate-status context, or another commercially reasonable response under the applicable policies.
Exclusive purchase does not include AI training, dataset creation, model development, sample-pack creation, or competing library rights unless separately agreed in writing by all required parties.
