This page summarizes the Custom Beat and Beat Request Terms. It applies to beat requests, request tokens, producer submissions, custom beat discussions, and custom beat features on BeatPass.

Beat Requests

Beat Requests let users describe the sound they need and receive BeatPass-hosted beat submissions from eligible producers. A request does not guarantee a submission, a match, or custom work.

Tokens and Expiry

Request tokens are consumed when a request is submitted. Durations, token costs, renewal windows, and monthly token allowances are shown in the platform and may vary by plan. Tokens are not cash balances and are not transferable. Refunds, credits, or token restoration are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Producer Submissions

Producers may submit only beats they own, control, or are authorized to license through BeatPass. Submissions remain subject to the Terms, AI Audio Policy, Producer Upload Agreement, and applicable license terms. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, a submission does not transfer ownership and does not create an exclusive license.

Custom Beat Discussions

Custom beat scope should define deliverables, revisions, timeline, exclusivity, publishing, royalties, credits, stems, cancellation, and commercial-use rights. High-value or complex custom work should use a separate written agreement.
