Copyright takedown notices should use the Copyright & DMCA process. If your report includes both copyright and non-DMCA concerns, BeatPass may process each part under the applicable policy.

Covered Reports

This policy covers reports about:
  • fully AI-generated beats or undisclosed AI use
  • unverifiable AI samples, restricted AI output, or missing Proof of Rights
  • trademark, publicity, likeness, voice, persona, impersonation, or false-association concerns
  • sample-clearance, licensing, contract, metadata, or ownership disputes
  • fraud, fake profiles, fake collaborations, misleading claims, payment abuse, or rights laundering
  • harassment, spam, abusive messages, or platform-trust issues

What to Include

Send the report through support and include:
  • the beat title, producer name, profile, message, request, license, or URL involved
  • the type of concern
  • a clear explanation
  • relevant screenshots, license records, proof, receipts, or correspondence
  • your contact information for follow-up
Do not submit passwords, private credentials, unnecessary personal data, confidential records, or unredacted third-party data unless BeatPass specifically requests them.

Possible Outcomes

BeatPass may request clarification, contact affected users, request Proof of Rights, pause downloads, delist content, restrict features, notify buyers, support refund or credit review, or take account action.
