I Forgot My Password

Open the login page

Go to the BeatPass login screen.

Click Forgot password?

Use the Forgot password? link below the password field.

Enter your email

Submit the email address attached to your BeatPass account.

Use the email link

BeatPass sends a link that lets you reset or create your password.
Password reset links expire. If the link stops working, request a new one.

I Can’t Log In

Double-check the email address, turn off Caps Lock, and try again. If you are unsure, request a password reset.
BeatPass limits login attempts to 5 per minute. If you hit this limit, wait at least a minute before trying again. Use a password reset link if you are unsure of your credentials.
Refresh the page, clear browser cache, disable extensions that interfere with auth pages, and test another modern browser.
Use Continue with google and sign in with the same Google account linked to BeatPass.

Two-Factor Authentication Issues

On the 2FA screen, select Use recovery code instead and enter one of your saved recovery codes.
Wait for a fresh code, make sure your device time is correct, and enter the code before it expires.
Contact contact@beatpass.ca and be ready to verify account ownership. BeatPass cannot guarantee an automated 2FA reset — recovery is handled case by case.

Google Sign-In Issues

Allow popups for BeatPass and try Continue with google again.
Go to Account Settings and review the social-login connection there. Disconnect the wrong Google account before reconnecting the right one.
Use the account-linking prompts if BeatPass offers them, or sign in with your email and password first and then review account settings.

Email Verification Problems

BeatPass currently requires email confirmation. If you did not receive the verification email:
  1. Check spam or junk folders
  2. Make sure you are looking at the correct inbox
  3. Use Resend email on the verification page
Verification links expire — request a new one if yours has stopped working.

I Need to Change My Account Email

BeatPass’s current account settings do not expose a self-service email-change form. If you need help with the email attached to your account, contact support from the address you can still access if possible.

My Account Is Suspended or Locked

  • If you hit the login rate limit (5 attempts per minute), wait briefly and try again
  • For a suspension or an access block you do not understand, contact contact@beatpass.ca
